The American Chemical Society publishes the ChemMatters Magazine to demonstrate how chemistry relates to students' everyday lives. In this session, we will explore several articles and incorporate various activities to demonstrate how this resource can effectively promote literacy in the chemistry classroom as well as motivate students' desire to learn more.
